v 22.3 won't open. It freezes within seconds of starting up at "Reading Preferences".
v21.2.6 opens and v 20.0.10 opens but v.22.3 just freezes. I have to do "Ctrl-Alt-Delete" to do anything further.
Makes no difference if I start from Desktop, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Lightroom.
I'm not computer literate so requests/explanations in words of one syllable please

I should add I'm using a desktop computer with Windows 10, not a pad or a phone
