PSD to XML converison

I want to convert a PSD file into XML. Is it possible to export the PSD file to XML file. Does Photoshop CS5 have this feature? or any commercial tool or extension or plugins available?

    it's a PSD Parser , i haven't tested it yet but i think with it u can convert ur PSD file to XML file.

    (My English is not good, i am francophone )

    XML is just a formatted type of text file. I would think that very few PSD files could be converted to XML.

    Why do you want/need to convert from psd to xml?

    Thanks for your reply.

    I want to create a widget. I can not directly render from PSD file to my rendering engine. So that I just want to convert into a XML file. And I will fed into XML file in my rendereing engine to get wideget render.
