Under the "File" heading in Photoshop, "file info," where I write caption/cutline information, is not functioning. I have been on the phone for hours with three Adobe techs. We've uninstalled, did a clean install. The first time we did that the file info function was restored, but only for a day. Although I have a workaround for this problem, Photoshop is part of a Creative Cloud subscription I pay for annually. It needs to work. Everything else works fine.
