Hello everybody

I have noticed a problem when I use filter>vanishing point, when I create the desired perspective area and paste the needed image or pattern, I try to move and fit the image but, a strange thing happens and random lines appear where the image has moved. there is a screenshot attached for a better understanding of this issue. I have tried this on other laptops and didn't appear to have a problem there.

Windows is up to date.

I'm using photoshop 21

Graphics drivers are all up to date.

(HP 15-dk1017ne) System specs:

i7 10750 H

Nvidia 1650

16 GB DDR4 Ram

This is a rather strange situation.

any help or information is highly appreciated.
