I have a single long exposure of two boats on a lake. It was windy and the white boat on the left is ghosted in the grass behind it. What is the best procedure to remove the ghosting?
Thanks
Hi there,
As you're looking to remove ghosting from the image, please have a look at this article and let us know if it helps: Creating a surreal HDR look & removing "ghosts"

You can use the Clone Stamp Tool to remove the ghosting manually, please read here to know more about it: Retouch and repair photos

I looked closely at your image at 100% zoom and I don't see an issue. Looking very hard at the tail there might be a slight ghost but only because you asked us to look for it. Whilst you could start to clone, it is a nice image as it stands. I would leave it alone.

Agreed. That's the problem with Photoshop - people start fixing things that don't need fixing Perfectly fine shot, leave it alone.

If you're doing that type of shot again, take two: one long and one short. Then you can replace the moving object with the one from the shorter exposure.

Thanks you friends, I fixed it with the Stamp Tool
