Replace missing font with font that isn't used in the document?

Is there a reason why I'm unable to replace the missing font with a font that is installed but not used in this particular document?

Just click Don't Resolve and replace the missing font with any one you like.

Manually changing fonts on hundreds of layers, really? Why don't you think before answering? Adobe needs to pull their head out of their *bleep* and give us an option to choose any font installed on our system, just like Illustrator and InDesign typekit dialogs are.
