Saving bug

Hi. 

I don't know if anyone has seen this problem before but it's been annoying me all day. I thought I was going to lose all my files. Whenever I try to save or save as I can't pick either the cloud or the computer because it appears blank. I managed to export my files (luckily I needed them as JPG) but I really don't know what to do anymore. I'm fine for now but I just couldn't find any solution on the forums at all so I thought I might bring this to others' attention.bug.JPG

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
