Saving file as .svg in photoshop vs illustrator

Hello,

When i save the SHARK file as .svg in illustrator and it is sized down via css, it looks great and holds its shape. When i export the file to photoshop in layers, and save as .svg the same file looks choppy when reduced by css.

See the web example as the left is illustrator and right is PS file.....all sized down by css.

is it possible to get the same nice affect in photoshop in a svg, and if so how do i achieve this?

Thanks

One file was saved in PS as a svg file, and the export option was used to save. So that video doesnt help, and i am not sure maybe PS just cant save it like illustrator can.

Thx
