Script does not appear under scripts in menu File>Scripts

Under the presets there was no folder called presets so I added it and copied a script FrameShopv0.9.7.jsx to that location. It does not appear under the menu item. Is the correct location. The script works if I browse to this location.

I am running windows 10 and photoshop cc 2017

thanks for that I had it under C:\Users\Robert\AppData\Roaming\Adobe etc

Scripts should go in the photoshop cc2017 program folder

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2017\Presets\Scripts
