Script To Bring Up Spot Channel Options & Spot Color Picker?

I'm trying to write a simple JavaScript that will target a specific spot channel, lets call it "Test Spot Channel" as an example.  The script needs to access the Spot Channel Options and the Color Picker (Spot Color) windows as in the screenshot provided so the end user can change the color, click OK and be done with it.  I've been experimenting with ScriptListener and trying to modify the code although I can't seem to get it right.  The script just wants to run and I can't get it to stop or perform as per the screenshot.  Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm using this in a project at school.
