Sky Replacement: Error - "Could not create preset... no sky was detected."

Hello,

I tried to contact support and they suggested I downgrade PS from 22.3 to 22.2 but it did not help.

I'm trying to add new sky images/presets and get the error, "Could not create the preset because no sky was detected." but there is for sure a sky in the photo.  They are star trail images in particular but I've added 10 other similar photos but for some reason there are a couple that will not be accepted.

Can you force PS to take any photo as a sky preset?

What's the easiest way to rotate a sky layer once applied?

Thank you!

I get the same message, however, I am actually trying to add a photo of a rock (with great texture!) that I would like to use to replace the sky in my product images.  Does the AI require a real sky?  I would like to be able to use any photo!
