    Thanks John! I thought I have commented in another post!

    I have Photoshop & Illustrator 2020 installed in my MacOS High Sierra (1.8 GHz Intel Core i5), I have never had a problem until last week, whenever I try to open Photoshop this message pops up "Sorry, Photoshop has encountered an error and needs to close. You will not be able to use Photoshop" giving me only the "Quit Photoshop" button option, and the link on Customer Support is broke. 

     

    I have tried all of the solutions given in similar articles, and it still doesn't work.

    My illustrator is still working perfectly though.

      Create a brand new user account and try it from there.

       

      Also, go to Help->System Info and post what's there if you can (from Illustrator if need be.)
