Super Resolution Fail - Distorted Image (Mac)

Not sure what is happening, but when I go through the camera RAW processing workflow for Super Resolution enhancement, the resulting image appears distorted - please see below - I’ve screenshotted the image and provided it below.  Interesting that the enhanced image previews in Finder correctly, but not when you bring it in to PS. Are there settings I've missed?

I ahould have said:  The ledt image (later time stamp) shows the processed RAW file after selecting Enhance-> Super Resolution.  Thank you.
