Switching between PC and IpadPro

Hey everyone

I an an architect using a Dell PC(laptop)  and would like to incorporate the use of my IpadPRO in my work flow.

Ideally I would like to be able to switch between Photoshop on my PC,

take an image onto the IpadPRO use the pencil to do some sketching or colouring

then back onto the PC for adding text and final presentation.

Is there an easy way of doing this using creative cloud ?

I think you may have some compatibly using and app like procreate on you iPad Pro and be able to create PSD file you can open in Photoshop.

Photoshop can not be used without a keyboard Procreate can
