Texture downloads for Photoshop

Following an article I have been trying to download the Adobe Paper Texture Pro package though Exchange. I have gone through the process but am unable to see textures via Window/Extensions.

I am using Photoshop CC 2018 - can someone confirm that this should work, and pehaps list a rough process?

Bonus points to anyone that can recommend a texture download site/texture pack that is suited to landscape/ICM images

Extension is compatible with your version of Ps from what I see on download page https://exchange.adobe.com/creativecloud.details.791.adobe-paper-textures-pro.html

Have you tried downloading-installing using alternative way https://exchange.adobe.com/creativecloud/install-instructions.791.html

By the way, I have extension installed and it works in latest version of Photoshop. Extension is installed few versions ago from what I can remember.

Thanks - the alternate method did eventually work for me. Thanks for the advice.
