Hello. If I crop a TIFF file and send it to someone, is there a way when I intially crop it that the crop isn't permanent and the recipient can adjust the crop again? Thanks.

Yes, but it depends on the version of photoshop you have and the recipient has.

Works in more versions of photoshop if with the Crop Tool you uncheck Delete Cropped Pixels in the tool options bar and then save the image as a psd. That way in older versions of photoshop before cs6, one can use Image>Reveal All to recover the full image before crop or in cs6 and newer just click on the image with the Crop Tool.
