I use Windows 10. When I leave Photoshop (just click off it or go to another application) when I come back, the tools stop working. I'm still able to use Undo, Redo, Move tool, Hand tool but things like brushes/selection tool don't work unless I close and open the application again. It happens all the time, I have to use other applications fairly often and it makes me lose my mind when I have to reopen Ps almost every minute during work. Tried to reinstall, update, then download an older version but it did nothing. Sometimes it doesn't happen for a full day and sometimes it's impossible to work with
