Unable to create contact sheet

I am using photoshop CS6 on windows 10. Am not able to create a contact sheet in it. Everytime I try to create one an error pops up. Please help

I checked this thread. The second last and third last answers that have shown to help others aren't working for me. The file to be renamed that is mentioned in third last reply, I cannot find on my laptop.

The one in second last reply, after I pick on add plugins via preferences, again I cannot further find that folder in libraries on my laptop.

Here is a location on Win 10 (third last reply):

C:\Users\[your name]\AppData\Roaming\Contact Sheet II.xml

I can't create contact sheet with Photoshop CC

Also make sure Photoshop is up to date

Adobe - Photoshop : For Windows : Adobe Photoshop 13.0.1.3 update for CS6
