Unable to open files in Photoshop 2021 on Windows

I have installed Photoshop 21 and now psd and jpeg cannot be opened.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop 2021. What happens when you try opening the PSDs or JPEGs? Are you getting an error?

Hallo, I answered already by mail but it was returned. Sorry.

The old graphic card is still in my computer and now I can open JPEGs and PSDs. I have done nothing (no new driver). 

Now i have to think over to return the new bought card not yet installed. Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your answers. The only possibility for me is to buy a new graphic card in order to install new drivers.

I have already ordered one. After receipt I will try to open the JPEGs an PSDs. and hope it will function.
