I'm unable to open any programs of my creative cloud.
I have an adobe account and have always been able to use any of the programs. However, I bought a new computer last week, and since then a message pops up saying I need IT permission to use Creative Cloud. I have already spoken to Apple's assistance (genius bar) and they are not able to solve the matter.
I appreciate it if someone could help me resolve this matter.
