Unexpected End-Of-File was encountered/ Brushes Gone?

Every time I start Photoshop I get this error message, not sure what it means.

I can't use any of my brushes, they don't show up. I don't know how to restart my brushes since the buttons gone, and it freezes on the screen below

I deleted both photoshop and creative cloud and reinstalled them and the issue still persists. I also reset my preferences and it still doesn't work

both C-Cloud Photoshop has been updated

I bought and added a couple of brushes (Cubebrush - Curated digital assets & resources, Cubebrush - Curated digital assets & resources )

The brushes worked fine for about a week then stopped showing up

Not sure if adding brushes broke it or if something else happened

HELP!!! Please thanks

Hi jordanm,

We're really sorry for the trouble. Please remove Photoshop using the Adobe Cleaner tool which will remove all the associated files with Photoshop, restart your machine and reinstall it.
