Variables are not working with Arabic text

It was working on 2017 version, now it is not .. when I use the same dataset for arabic variables this is what happened

the file is .txt with arabic, and english content

In the encoding dont use automatic, Use Unicode.

      Do you mean arabic text for replacement? I have never used anything similar but I do not think that anything changed since version 2017 when it comes how to handle text variables. Can you upload data set by any chance to check it?
