Wacom pen buttons are ignored on Photoshop 19

Hey!

I am trying to configure my pen for photoshop, but it seems  that my settings are ignored. I want my button to undo, but it doesn't do that at all.

Anyone can help ? Latest drivers installed and already restored to default.

      Unfortunately, deleting and setting up again doesn't work, the button still doesn't do what i told it to do.

      Hi, as it seems I don't have such a file(PCUserConfig) in the mentioned folder. Here is my mapping:

      Are your Pen buttons still not working. Tip does not draw with a brush selected,  bottom button does not open right click menus,  top button does not step backwards and the eraser end does not erase when a brush is Photoshop current tool. Does the diagnose shoe all features are working? Here you can see my top button switch 3 is pressed

      Well my buttons, tip and eraser work, but the buttons are not doing what I told them to do. I set the down button to undo, but afterwards it doesn't undo, it just right clicks.

        show your wacon photoshop preferences you have set. Which Wacon driver are you using. Which platform are you using windows of Mac which OS version which PS version....

        I am using Wacom Intuos Pro(5) Small on Windows 7. The preferences are:

        I use Windows. You need to show the Pen Mapping settings for Wacom Photoshop so we Know if you are usinf WinTab or INK Api and if you are using Wintab API you need to add the PSUserConfig.txt file the the Users ID Photoshop CC versions Preferences. Photoshop CC 2018 version 19.1.3 is the latest CC version abd Windows 1803 is the latest version of Windows.
