Photoshop won't open -

I get this message - We can’t verify your subscription status. We can’t reach the Adobe servers

I have tried all the online suggestions. No Luck. It is also happening with all my Cloud Applications.

      Hi

      "I have tried all the online suggestions" doesn't really tell us what you have and have not tried.

      So have you tried this :

      Cannot verify subscription status in offline mode

      Are the Adobe servers blocked by your anti virus software?

      We can’t verify your subscription status.
      We can’t reach the Adobe servers. This may be because you’re not connected to the internet. Check your connection and try again below. If you’re still having issues, please see our connectivity troubleshooting guide. 
       
      I reset the clock, reset host file I checked the GlobalSign Root CA certificate, I disabled my firewall and virus scanner Lightroom works fine. I don't know really what else to do I am connected by wifi .
