What is info file? It created automatically when saving the image file

you can see the file like " m11-2.jpg.info", "~~~.info".

I want to know what is that info file... It create automatically when saving the image file.

I can not open that file and also i need administrator privilege, when i remove that file.

Q1. What is that info file for?

Q2. How can I disable that automatic create info file?
