When zooming in/out, workspace seems to duplicate, acts funny. Anybody know why & how to fix?

Has this ever happened to anyone? When I zoom in or out, the screen starts to look funky. (See attached) Anybody know why and how to fix it? Is it just my computer being low on memory/space? Cheers!

If your GPU doesn't meet the list, you'll see that the top area that says what won't work is "Scrubby Zoom". If that's the case, please go to Photoshop Preferences, Performance, and then turn off GPU acceleration...
