While Pressing Keys Sometimes Unwanted Dropdown Menu Appaers

Hello,

i am using Windows PC. Sometimes when pressing keys or shortcuts this annoying box appaers on the top left corner(using turkish), especially using zooming in, zooming out or holding space to drag around. Does anyone know a way to prevent it?
