in order to be able to export in jpg some files made in illustrator i'm using Photoshop to finish this process.
The fact is that I've noticed that Photoshop open the file cropped and distorted.
The original file has 16.383px X 10.000px.
As you can see in the image the brutal crop and distortion I've tried to open and open as smart object in Photoshop but the result is the same.
What can I do?
Thank you

Can I ask why you aren't exporting your JPEGs directly from Illustrator?
I appreciate this doesn't solve your problem but it could bypass it altogether.

Hello,
because Illustrator isn't exporting. It crashes. Return a message to decrease the resolution because the file is too big.
I've tried everything but just can't make it.
Regarding the export for screens, I need a file for print as that's why I'm working with the 400dpi.
For some reason when i upload the jpg the file size gets smaller so I'm using more to have some needed resolution on the platform where i'm making the final application.

I can’t explain why opening the file is distorting and cropping the contents but I can suggest another workflow. Try copying the illustrator art to your clipboard. Then switch to Photoshop and create a new document. This should create a document at the physical dimensions of the content on the clipboard. Paste the illustrator content into the new file and export from there. This is the method I typically use, and I have never had a problem with it.
