With Photoshop 21.2 and Windows 10, crashing when trying to print.

When trying to print from Photoshop I received this message:

There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents."

What is the fix for this issue? Is there an update to Photoshop for this problem?

Is it popping that dialog THEN crashing or just popping the dialog?

All printers or just the one?

Can you print from any other applications?
