When i try to download, a version of PS, i cant get to the page for download... it changes the account somehow! what do i need to do, i deleted the wrong account, but now its just a blank page!
If you deleted your user account, then contact Adobe Customer Care: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html Click the chat icon in the lower right and type "agent".
If you are trying to download Photoshop, open the Creative Cloud app and install from there. If you are signed in with the wrong account, then sign out and sign in with the correct account.
Your issue is unclear, so please clarify if neither of these apply.
Do not reply to scammer who may PM you purporting to be Adobe.
