24 Digit S/N - Where is it?

I recently upgraded to a new hard drive. I transferred all my applications over. But Adobe is the only one that gave me a problem. It says I must deinstall and reinstall. I already de-installed. Now I'm trying to reinstall using the original Premiere Elements 14 disc. It says I need a 24 digit SN. there is no such serial # on any of the packaging. Very frustrated. I paid $99 for this suite and now can't use it.

You will find the number on the back of the paper sleeve containing the disk.

But if you didn't receive an activation code and didn't yet register your product, it won't be listed on this page, of course.

I also purchased PSE 2018 from Best Buyer for $99 and it does not have the S/N on the box or the CD sleeve (WINDOWS or MAC OS). What is there is a 24 digit redemption code. However, it has both letters and numbers but the system doesn't accept any of the letters, only digits. What are my other options?

If you didn't get an activation number with your purchase, you have not received an authorized version of the program.

You need to contact your vendor and demand they provide this activation code for you. Adobe will not issue a serial number for a program purchased elsewhere.

Thank you for all your input.  I found the serial number on the PC version of the CD (sleeve).

If you do not have a product listed on the site I linked you to, you did not register the product or you have a counterfeit product -- which might explain why your packaging does not include a serial number.

I went to adobe.com and logged in.  I may not have registered the product originally because it says, no products registered.  If I had to have the S/N to install the software originally, where would I have gotten that number?  There is no 24 digit number on any of the packaging, the box or the sleeve. Any suggestions.

You were provided with it or you would not have been able to install it on the first computer.

If you lost it, log on to your account at Adobe.com.  If you installed and registered it normally when new, your number will be in your account.

Per Bill, you can get to any registered product's serial number by logging in here.

    Sign in - Adobe ID

Then, on the page that opens, click Plans and Products and, on the next page, View Your Products.
