Adobe Elements starts but nothing happens when pressing the play button?

I have a weird problem. The program starts but when I press the play button nothing happens

and the video material does not play.

I use windows10, soundcard NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER

You've provided little information.  Would you provide a screen shot of you Audio Hardware Settings?

the issue was caused by the not selected asio driver of my interfce.

Now it works.

That is really strange, because since today i have excactly the same problem.

It worked perfect before, there is just one thing happened i hav installed a new motherboard.

Processor AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core Processor 3.79 GHz

32,0 GB RAM

64-bits 

Windows 10 Pro version 1903 Build 18362.900

My Videocard is; NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050

And my soundcard (that works perfect in my audio) is a RME Firerace UC

Can somebody PLEASE HELP ME???
