just have a quick question.If you buy adobe premiere elements 2018 can you use older versions of elements like 15 or 14 or do you have to buy them individually

There is no program called Elements, so I assume you're asking if you can use Photoshop Elements 14 or 15 with Premiere Elements 2018.

If so, the answer is yes -- and no.

You can certainly use any version of Photoshop Elements to edit photos and use them in any version of Premiere Elements.

But, if they aren't the same version, you can't launch Photoshop Elements from Premiere Elements to edit a photo.

Just one more quick question and thank you for answering my first question.Is there a way to get a serial number to use other older versions of Premiere Elements?

The reason is because I would want to use premiere elements 14 or 15 for video editing purposes
