Adobe Premier Elements 2018 Freezes often

Hello there, 

When I work in Premier elements 2018 in MacBook Pro Version 10.15.2 macOs Catalina it often freezes.  Especially when I use Pan & Zoom and Video Effects etc.  How to rectify this issue.

It may be that the problem is that your version of Premier Elements was written before Catalina.   There are lots of forum discussions across the internet where software written before Catalina has issues.  The painful fix might be updating the software or rolling back the operating system.
