Adobe Premiere Elements 11: Won't open a new project

I've had adobe premiere elements for several years, but it won't open a new project anymore. it was fine for a long time, but now it won't... any ideas? Quite frustrating. I saw a previous thread where you delete your preferences in the %appdata%, but that didn't help either. I've reinstalled it twice. Any help would be much appreciated.

    If you've got NVIDIA graphics, try rolling back the video driver.

    Rolled it back, then updated to one that just came out today and it works. I do have Nvidia. Not sure which is the part that fixed it, but thanks!

    Yup.  Today's released drivers (376.09) has fixed the dvacore.dll problem with Premiere Elements
