adobe premiere elements 15.exe- bad image

I am new to adobe premiere elements. The program worked for me a few weeks ago and now when I go to start the program I receive and error message:

c:\\windows\systme32\msvcp120.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f.

I have tried ccleaner for the registry and uninstalling it and reinstalling it but still the same error message.
