This is a user to user forum, antony, so, unless an Adobe engineer checks in, those crash reports don't mean much to us.

Which processor do you have with how much RAM? How much free, clean, freshly defragged space is on your hard drive?

Which graphics card do you have?

What antivirus are you running?

If this crash happens mid-project (rather than when the program is empty), what model of camcorder is your video coming and what format and resolution is the video?
