Adobe Premiere Elements 15

I have been trying to download this program since 11am today.  It says it is 63% of the way done and the minutes left just keep increasing.  It now show 158 minutes left to download.  Does anyone know why this could be? Is this normal?

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
