Adobe Premiere Elements 2024 - Cross dissolve - bug

I think there is a bug in APE2024 when using cross dissolve transition:

 

My project is 4K. When I export to 4K cross dissolve is not rendered. It is not visible in the output file.

When I export to 1080 cross dissolve is there..

Any idea why the programs behaves like that?
