Adobe Premiere Elements 2024 - Cross Dissolve - problem

Unfortunately, APE2024 still  has a problem with Cross Dissolve and Film Dissolve transitions when woring with HEVC files.

Sometimes Cross Dissolve transitions are not visible in the output rendered video even when they are properly visible in the monitor window.

However, sometimes everything is fine and Cross Dissolve are visible in the output. I have no idea what it depends on… I’ve just wasted more than 1h of rendering since the Cross Dissolve simply disappeared from my output file.

APE has problems with Cross Dissolve at least from version 2020 and they haven’t fixed it yet ☹

I want to stress out that other transitions (I testes many of them) seem to be fine when working with HEVC.  Only Cross Dissolve and Film Dissolve are causing problems.
