Adobe Premire elements error

My Adobe Preimere elements will not open on my mac book i never had this problem until today can someone please help me I have work saved on there

You didn't provide anywhere near enough information to even begin guessing.  If you have a current version, my suggestion is to contact Adobe customer support.  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences.  To restore default preference settings, hold down Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting. You can release the Alt key or Option key when the splash screen appears.

If that does not work, uninstall the app and then reinstall it.
