APE2025 - Error when exporting.

Adobe Premiere Elements 2025.

Windows 11

Most recent NVIDIA Studio Drivers.

What could be the reason for this error? It happens during project export. I don’t recall seeing similar issues before. It isn’t random, since it always occurs at a particular point in the project. The encoding starts normally but then suddenly stops and shows this error message. I tried removing the clip located at that time, but the error then appeared at a different point.

You need to fix what ever is on the timeline at the given time in the error message.

Delete clip (or whatever) around that time and do the edit again.

If that does not help delete clip from project, rename and import. Re-edit.

It must be some bug in the program!

I’ve tried various things, including reinstalling the NVIDIA drivers and Premiere itself, but nothing helped. The issues occurred only at the beginning of Cross Dissolve transitions, though not every one—just some, and I couldn’t find a clear pattern.

I removed the problematic transition and replaced it with the same one, but then the issue appeared in a different location. Very annoying process.

At some point, I decided to disable the Adjustment Layer where I keep all my effects, and the program exported the whole project without issues. Then I enabled the Adjustment Layer again, and this time the project exported fine too, so everything looks OK for now—but I don’t know for how long.

Anyway, this behavior definitely looks like some internal bug.

I closed the program, reopened it, and reloaded the project, but the same issue occurred during export. It’s becoming very frustrating.
