Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 - in my completed videos the photos I added appear very blurry and the title is blurry also.  The video is fine.

That suggests a possible mismatch somewhere between the project settings and the output setting.  Would you please provide screen shots of those?

Hi @Stephanie24823696lznp

Since your question is about Premiere Elements, I have moved this from the Photoshop forum where you posted.

Are you seeing this blurriness on your final output or when you're playing the timeline?

Final output, sadly. Reflected in all viewings of the video, on tv from
external hard drive or DVD.

If you look under the Edit menu, what is listed on the General page under Project Settings?

Which output template are you using? Are you viewing your final video at full screen on your computer?

I did check my Project Settings and noticed that my photos, videos and output sizes were indeed very different!  I think what contributed to this (besides my lack of experience) is the fact that I am using a new camera, a Sony Handycam which is a big upgrade from my old camera. So I just edited my photos to the same size as my video and made a new project with a video clip and the new photos, also deleted and re-entered the title and . . . It's perfect!  Photos and title are CLEAR!  So thank you for setting me on the right path, I couldn't have figured this out on my own.

Yes! Between you and Steve I got this problem solved, it was just what you said, when I deleted and redid the photos and title at the same size as the video it became clear.  Thankyou!
