Bold AND Italic for SELECT words in titles, subtitles, etc.

Hi.  First time questioner.  I find that though I can select Bold and Italic together, it changes ALL words in the title or subtitle.  I would like to keep everything Bold, but only Italicize foreign words to show that they are foreign and not mispellings?  How do I do this?
