Burning DVDs from premiere elements 2020 and iMac Catalina

Hi

I have made a movie with premiere elements 2020. This no longer supports a facility to burn DVDs. Some  people are recommending iDVD but it seems this is not supported under Catalina, and they want $ 42 to buy DVD creator. Any recomendations on reliable and trusted free software or is it best to buy this?

I assume I cannot import the 2020 file into an older version of Premiere and burn it there?

Thanks

Chris

Correct answer Chris@Badgers

Dont think PE15 will run on Catalina.

Mmm. Forgot about that . It nearly worked, but not robust enough.

So tried burning on my Windows PC. But no sound.hink I have had that before. So I think I will have to give in and get an app for the Mac. I will look at recomeendationd from Bob. Maybe the replacement for iDVD is best.

Thanks.

And, yes, you can output your finished movie as 720x480 MPEG-PS, import that into a pre-version 15 copy of Premiere Elements and create your DVD with it.

I have no experience with any of these or Macs, but have a look here:
