Can't drag and drop video file into Adobe Premiere elements 13.1(20150131.daily.767917)

I did an update yesterday to my Adobe Premiere elements 13.1(20150131.daily.767917).  Now cannot drag and drop video from my video camera into the software.

Please help.

    You shouldn't be dragging video from your camcorder into the software. The video needs to be on your hard drive, and you need to use one of the proper methods to then add it to your project.

    What operating system are you using? What processor do you have and with how much RAM? How much free space is on your hard drive?

    What model of camcorder do you have and what is the resolution of your video?
