Can't find menu templates on Premier Elements 2020

I've just purchased Premier Elements 2020 for use on my iMac computer.

Can someone please tell me where I can locate menu templates so I can divide my video projects into chapters.

It doesn't do "chapters" that I know of.  Chapters used to exist for DVDs, but Premiere Elements no long does DVDs on a Mac. 

On the other hand, I'm guessing what you might mean by 'chapters'.  What are you trying to accomplish?

Also note that the Mac version of Premiere Elements no longer includes chapter markers, movie menu templates or the means to produce DVDs or BluRay discs.
