Can't hear video in premier elements 15 organizer

First issue I could not hear audio from internet while using google chrome which included tutorials from photoshop.  Chnged to microsoft and culd hear the audio.  Next could not hear audio in premier elements15 organizer.  I coul hear the audio when I put the video clips into the editor.  I could hear the audio a few months ago in chrom and in the arganizer.  So can anyone help???

Sounds like something is configured wrong in your computer. I assume you're on Windows 10.

Can you play music clips (WAVs and MP3s) in the Organizer?
