Your serial number has expired or was illegally distributed.
No, it was not illegaly distributed, and when I purchased it, there was no expiry.
The online support just goes through a circular help system that leads nowhere.
I literally ran the software 1 hour ago, it crashed, and when I reloaded it, it said serial number expired.
I have only owned 1 computer in the past 4 years, and I never gave the code to anyone.
Please fix this for me.
I get an error saying the serial number is being used y the maximum number of computers.
So that means the maximum number of computers is 0.
This is a user to user forum. We can't fix this. You'll need to contact Adobe Customer Care via chat.
Log into this page with your Adobe ID and then click the Chat icon in the lower right side of the page.
