Cannot Import iPhone HEVC 30fps Files in Premiere Elements 2023 (trial)

I decided to do something with all our iPhone video clips and wanted to try the latest version of Premiere Elements but Elements will not load the files. Please see trhe attached photos. the HEIF and HEVC extensions are installed and I am running Windows 11 Pro x64. I hope this is something simple.

    Hi, 
      HEVC is supported in Trial mode. You need to download the HEVC video extension by going to Help -> Online Support.

    Search HEVC there and download the extension from the link provided.

    But is HEVC supported in 4K video?

    HEVC 4K30 from my 4 year old Samsung S9 phone works OK in PrE 2023 on my i7 Lenevo laptop.

    HEVC is not supported in trial.

    Thanks @Ann Bens, I guess I need to purchase it and quickly evaluate whether I want to keep it.

    As I posted above, it does work.  Post a short clip from your phone and I will try it on my system.  Maybe there is a difference between your iPhone and my Samsung.  I would like to try it for my own confirmation.   Based on previous tests with previous versions, iPhone 4K30 HEVC worked.  It may be that if your files are 4K60, it might not.
